<p>高铁车体的生产中应用了铝合金材料，各个工厂中均大量采用机器人自动化焊接。以往的生产中，机器人焊接配备了激光焊缝跟踪系统保证焊枪在焊缝上。但焊接过程的质量仍然由操作者通过焊帽观察焊接区域，观察焊丝熔化位置和熔池状态，用于调整焊接参数，保证焊缝成形的一致性。铝合金双丝气体保护焊产生大量的铝烟尘，强电弧光辐射以及飞溅等情况，操作者往往需要佩戴严密的防护措施，工作条件比较恶劣，注意力难以集中在熔池状态观察中。</p>

<p>哈尔滨维捷焊接技术公司在2018年与相关设备公司配合，在青岛四方、长春客车、唐车等中车企业，将多套熔池监控系统应用到了机器人自动化焊接生产中，操作者仅仅需要通过监视器即可清晰观察放大的熔池图像，通过该图像可以判断焊丝位置、熔池状态，是否对中等情况。这不但是对操作者的工作环境得到很大的改善，既节约人力，又提高了焊接质量及品质，起到一举多得的效果。</p>
