<p>窄间隙焊接是一种高效、经济的焊接技术，其特点是使用较小的坡口角度和间隙宽度，以减少填充金属消耗、提高焊接效率、降低成本并改善接头性能。在窄间隙焊接过程中，由于焊缝窄而深（通常在100mm以上），对焊接定位和轨迹控制的精确度要求极高。常规的条纹式激光跟踪传感器无法对深坡口和小角度坡口进行准确成像，仅仅针对坡口上边缘进行识别。</p>



<p>窄间隙焊接专用激光焊缝跟踪技术正是针对这一需求，提供了一种高精度、实时的焊缝位置检测与引导手段，确保在窄间隙条件下实现高质量焊接。</p>

<p><strong>2. 焊接机器人和焊接专机的激光跟踪</strong></p>



<p>OS的激光视觉跟踪解决方案与其他厂家的相比，传感器分辨率高、可靠性好（不受铝合金和不锈钢坡口反光限制）。控制系统采用PC架构开发，软件功能可定制、可扩充，例如增加焊道测量功能，增加数据输出功能等，可以与世界知名机器人厂家配套，也可以与国产机器人开发专用的通讯接口。</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>近日，英国Oxford Sensors公司的激光焊缝跟踪系统成功用于中石油宝鸡钢管厂螺旋焊管机组内外焊的焊缝跟踪中。这也是继国内用于TIG焊螺旋焊管、国内螺旋焊管线出口等应用后的又一次成功应用。</p>
<p>本次应用的特色还在于小管径内焊中，跟踪传感器安装在外面跟踪背面的焊缝，从而避免内焊空间狭窄等困难。</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>英国Oxford Sensors的OSTRACK激光焊缝跟踪系统，不但能够实现多层多道的焊缝跟踪，由于其传感器采用高精度CMOS相机，在激光条纹宽度45mm的情况下，分辨率高达0.02mm，对于像搅拌摩擦焊这样的铝合金紧密对接焊缝，识别起来也毫无压力，铝合金表面反光对其也无影响。</p>
<p>近期，两套OS的跟踪系统用在某工厂新能源动力电池的搅拌摩擦焊接设备上，整套FSW设备由<strong>南京英尼格玛工业自动化技术有限公司</strong>集成制造。</p>
