<p>在下载空间内进行内壁热丝TIG堆焊时，由于焊枪本身尺寸以及内壁尺寸限制，很难加入一个普通焊接相机到内壁中。</p>
<p>近日在美国arc specialist公司的机器人热丝TIG内壁堆焊系统中采用了熔池监控焊接相机用于监控堆焊过程中电弧和送丝及熔池状态。该焊接相机安装在焊枪杆上，通过远距离焦距镜头可以清晰地观察焊接区域。</p>
